By Friday evening, the\n cyclone pulls slowly away from the region and allows for improving \nconditions from west to east. A few inches of rain is possible over \nparts of New England through the end of the week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Across southern Florida and the Keys, periods\n of heavy rain with embedded thunderstorms is forecast to continue \nthrough Thursday evening as moisture from a weak tropical low intersects\n a stationary front to its northeast. The heaviest rainfall is likely \nover the Florida Keys.
