03 Feb Congratulations Dr. Young-Kwon Lim (IMSG-GESTAR/USRA/GMAO)
At the 2016 NASA Global Modeling and Assimilation Office Awards Ceremony held on January 21st, 2016, Dr. Young-Kwon Lim, an IMSG employee working under GESTAR partnership at GMAO was recognized for his outstanding work and received his award in the ‘’Scientific Achievement,” category. Dr. Young-Kwon was recognized for exceptional scientific achievements spanning numerous subjects, including high-resolution tropical cyclone simulations, Arctic climate variability, planetary-scale teleconnections and associated Rossby wave dynamics, and extreme weather events. Dr Lim also authored or co-authored seven peer-reviewed articles in 2015. Congratulations Dr. Young-Kwon Lim!!! D
